Concerned over the continual rise of younger people unemployment in the nation, a new recruiting program, called Gr8jobsng, has started the Learning Management System to help advance potential employees to be better fits for the companies looking for specific jobs to fill.
While talking at the start of the new program in Lagos, managing director of Gr8jobsng Mrs. Omomene Odike said that MLS covers 40 total classes that can be accessed through the Gr8jobsng website that will encompasses how to look for a job, making a good resume, writing skills for business, customer service, better interview skills, sales, leadership, marketing, time management, critical thinking, and plenty of others.
Odike, who has 14 years of service in human resources, said the goal is to prep and form those looking for jobs to become better looking and have a higher potential for companies, while making the courses through Gr8jobsng simple and compact.
“Candidates who take the assessment on the training programmes would be able to view their scores and have a certificate issued which can be printed out directly from the Gr8jobsng platform and presented at interviews.”
