HonorVet Technologies launches Veterans Jobs Initiative in the US

By Editor 0 Comments NEWS, Regional News

HonorVet Technologies, a Fairfield, NJ-based recruitment firm, has recently announced their latest initiative directed at aiding veterans and their families in finding work.

“As the job market in the United States progresses, veterans and veteran spouses continue to experience unemployment rates four times the local average,” said the firm. “As a result, a lot of families find themselves experiencing the difficult decisions to either sacrifice two incomes or in some cases leave the military service. It is a choice that hurts the ability of the military to retain service members with families.”

HonorVet Technologies said it is engaging in strategic partnerships with medium and large-sized businesses to establish meaningful employment for veterans. The firm offers turnkey solutions which help corporate Fortune 500 companies attract, choose, and retain a high-quality workforce.

Military veterans returning to civilian workplaces provide employers with far more than just the technical abilities they developed in their military service, said HonorVet Technologies. “These veterans come with a complete set of talents: leadership, responsibility, discipline and the skills to motivate big groups,” said the firm. “From the office cubicles down to C-suite, military veterans are a crucial part of the workforce.”

HonorVet Technologies, established in 2015, is a certified service disabled-veteran-owned small business specializing in IT and technology project and contingent placement services assisting veterans with their transition into civilian workplaces. The firm offers clients optimal placements by combining experience with data-driven findings and human interactions about candidates.

HonorVet Technologies offers staffing services in light industrial professional services, engineering, information technology, clerical and administration verticals. Staffing services include contingent staffing, project work, executive search and permanent placements. Technology platforms include predictive analysis, artificial intelligence, ATS and proprietary databases.

This summer, HonorVet Technologies collaborated with ENGAGE Talent to align veterans and spouses with best-fit jobs. ENGAGE Talent is an AI software firm which offers predictive insights allowing employers to source, target and engage candidates strategically.
