India’s Walchand PeopleFirst debuts employee rewards & recognition initiative

One of the leaders of the Human Resources Consulting industry, Walchand PeopleFirst, has just celebrated their 15th year at MegaStrat, their yearly company meeting, in Mumbai. Every year at MegaStrat, Walchand PeopleFirst conduct a two day long staff member get-together where team cohesiveness exercises, demonstrations, and seminars all take place. This yearly event has always been an event employees of Walchand can get excited about. At Megastrat this year the theme was centered around the “Power of You,” focusing on the pivotal role every member of the company plays in Walchand Peoplefirst’s accomplishments. This year’s event also saw the reveal of the Champion’s Passport, Walchland’s new employee benefits and recognition platform.

The new Champion’s Passport will grant every member to be cited and awarded through a emblem based system that will recognize outstanding performances in line with the company’s outlook, beliefs, and overall goals. To be recognized individuals must achieve either outstanding work, quality endorsements, CSR initiatives, L&D accomplishments, and special recognitions just to name a few. Those employees with the most number of achievements will be honored with received a trophy towards the finish of the quarter.

For the occasion, Ms. Pallavi Jha, Chairperson and Managing Director of Walchand PeopleFirst said, “It gives me great pride to celebrate our organization’s 15th anniversary this year. We believe that the value of our organization is in each of its employees. We take this opportunity to thank each employee for their contributions to our continued growth and success.”
