Ireland: Workvivo debuts communication & employee engagement platform

Workvivo, the Irish company that provides employee engagement through a best-of-breed internal communications platform and strengthens the connection between an organisation's workforce and its strategic objectives and values, has recently premiered their platform.

The start-up was founded in Cork, and incepted with the hopes of aiding other ventures in connecting and engaging with their employees on a worldwide scale through the usage of internal communication, integrated pulse surveys, and goal and achievement tracking.

Currently, the platform is already utilized by almost 10,000 employees across multiple countries outside of Ireland, including Australia, Canada, China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the USA.

Commenting on the launch, CEO and Co-founder John Goulding said:

Workvivo was founded in early 2017 by John Goulding and Joe Lennon. Goulding and Lennon had worked together previously at CoreHR, a leading global HCM software provider, as CEO and CTO respectively.

Coming from both of their prior endeavors, both founders had experience of creating cloud-based software for enterprise customers that leads to wildly successful growth. Both founders also experienced the challenges this growth brings in trying to ensure employee engagement and internal communication is optimised as a company scales.
