The Cloud and On-premise enterprise software solutions provider, NICE, has recently announced the debut of their NICE Employee Virtual Attendant (NEVA). The platform is hailed as "the world's 1st virtual attendant", and made with employees specifically in mind.
The product is powered by NICE's Desktop Automation technology and will offer real-time process support and guidance, once requested, or when an opportunity is identified. This will help workers to execute complex requests while ensuring tighter timelines, boosting back and front-office efficiencies, sales delivery, and strengthening compliance adherence, employee engagement, and morale upliftment.
According to NICE, NEVA is a personification of the ability to intersect human and robotic workforce capabilities, reimagining global enterprise systems and operations, driving effectiveness and delivery success.
NEVA has an intuitive human-like interface, allowing employees to request assistance - by asking questions via text chat or voice chat. NEVA can be asked to action a process or offer contextual guidance; its intelligent decisioning engine will take the request, and translate the same into a structured workflow, executing actions for the employee by interacting with desktop systems.
Further, NEVA also offers new employees on-the-job training with step-by-step guidance, cutting through convoluted and cumbersome processes and outdated classroom sessions. Finally, by consistently reminding employees to go through policy-based processes - such as going through a required disclaimer, checking required boxes, and completing necessary steps in the framework, it helps ensure compliance.
