US talent marketing firm Phenom People secures $22M in series B funding

The U.S.-based venture that offers talent relationship marketing, Phenom People, has recently secured $22 million in a series B funding round spearheaded by AXA Venture Partners, alongside prior investors that include Sierra Ventures, Sigma Prime Ventures, and Omidyar Ventures. The new capital will be put towards a global expansion and acceleration of the platform's growth.

“Phenom People has built a market-leading technology platform that enables companies to win the war for talent,” said  General Partner at AXA Venture Partners, Alex Scherbakovsky. “We are excited to partner with Mahe and his team to scale the company globally.”
